Who are they?

Created in 2007 by Benoit Coenraets, Coverseal is a Belgian brand born from his extensive experience in the industrial sector.

Initially specializing in fast-opening flexible doors, this technology was adapted in 2007 to meet the specific and highly demanding requirements of the swimming pool sector.

Driven by a desire to offer a solution that combines aesthetics and high performance for a discerning clientele, Coverseal designs pool covers that guarantee safety, reliability, performance, and style.

Particular care in material selection ensures that each safety cover delivers long-lasting protection and true peace of mind. While proudly Belgian, the brand exports internationally, bringing its expertise to customers around the world.

MISSION

As a leading name in its sector, Coverseal is determined to set an example and take a forward-looking stance.

Fully aware that the journey towards a sustainable model is a long one, the company has adopted a sincere and pragmatic approach aiming to make tangible progress in a realistic and accessible way.

The ambition is to build a solid, cross-functional ESG strategy that empowers every department. This means aligning day-to-day operations (production, operational excellence, business objectives) with environmental, social, and governance priorities.

By embracing this challenge with conviction, Coverseal is laying the groundwork for meaningful, lasting change.

TAKEAWAYS

  • Process first: building a collective ESG strategy requires time, commitment, and a strong company culture. At Coverseal, the process is the priority. A certification is just a recognition, not the destination.

  • Focused impact: by pinpointing the most significant impact areas, actions are directed where they truly make a difference, leading to stronger results and better risk management.

  • Beyond satisfaction: social performance means more than job satisfaction. It’s about continuously enhancing quality of life, well-being, and cohesion in the workplace.

SCOPE

Being responsible is choosing to act, even when it’s complex.
